Redmond Represents Ireland

We’re aiming to raise money for Paralympics Ireland by Sean competing in the World Triathlon Championship and to cover costs of race fees, Team Ireland Race Kit, to get him there etc.

2 years ago the idea of running a 5km gave him anxiety attacks…

Then he hit 30 and suddenly he’s into swimming, cycling and running ‍♂️ Turns out it’s a sport called triathlon

Now 18 months and 7 races later… Somehow he’s qualified to represent Ireland in the world triathlon championships in Ponteverdra in Spain.

This type of opportunity only comes around every so often, so we are using it to raise a bit for a good cause
