Help save Lucky!

Friends,
While on her way to school yesterday morning, my daughter Cindy came upon this dog who had been hit by a car (the driver didn't bother to stop).  The dog who has no tag or micro-chip was simply left to die in the middle of the road.  Thankfully, a couple of additional, drivers Jody and Daniel were able to help Cindy get "Lucky" into her car and over to the Redlands Animal Hospital where Dr. Blanchard went above and beyond to help care for this poor dog.
Lucky has a broken pelvis and jaw and a some bruised lungs and ribs and will require surgery to stabilize the damage.   Daniel and his wife have agreed to house Lucky during her rehabilitation, and we, along with Jody are going to front the medical costs, but we can't do this without your help!
Even in her painful situation, Lucky is sweet and gentle and wants to receive our love and affection. Please consider a small donation to help us care for this innocent animal. If we can all chip in a small amount, this can have a happy outcome.
