Red Hook Pilates is a neighborhood pilates studio, offering group and private pilates classes, yoga, massage therapy and wellness based workshops throughout the year.

I am still in my first year of business and the first 7 months have proven that there is a need in our community for this type of studio. In order to provide a range of pilates, Red Hook Pilates would like to purchase some costly pilates equipment - this will enable the studio to work with a wider variety of clients and bring a new element of exercise and health related services to our neighborhood. I hope to make these equipment purchases by the end of the year.

Additionally, I am expecting the summer months to be a little quieter with many people traveling. The yoga instructors are also moving most of their classes outdoors so I could use a little financial help to get through the summer!
