An enormous THANK YOU to all who have contributed to Lynn's legal fund over the past 18 months. In case you haven't heard Lynn was able to restore her ownership in Ross Creek Ranch and all entities that are part of it. Your support was a key part of this success.
Getting the ranch back happened just last week and quite unexpectedly, leaving us all hastily working to get Lynn re-established on the ranch before winter sets in.
Certainly, it’s been a joyous week but not one without challenges.
Naturally, one of the most asked questions is “Will Red Rock Hounds be hunting this season? Is Lynn going to start taking out the hounds soon?” We know many are looking forward to following Lynn with her horn, and galloping that Lynn Lloyd Line. We all miss that “Feel the Freedom” feeling!
After considering all that needs to be accomplished to get re-established at Ross Creek, the decision has been made to not hunt for the 2022/23 season. Be assured, Red Rock Hounds is not going away; it is just going on a hiatus.
With that in mind, we have a number of hounds that are of retirement age and would like to find a family to spend their golden years with.
The goal is to place these hounds into homes where they can find the best couch or bed in the house. They all have loving, trusting, gentle personalities but have never resided in a home environment, so dog-savvy homes are a must. We are committed to ensuring each hound is homed appropriately. After all, they are the center of Red Rock Hounds’ 40+ year legacy and deserve only the very best.
Can you help us achieve that goal by making a donation to the Red Rock Hounds adoption fund? We have numerous expenses to incur including updating vaccines and spay/neuter plus transportation costs.
If you are interested in adopting a hound, send an email, and one of us will get back to you shortly.
Thank you again for making Lynn's dream of going back to her ranch happen.
