Help kater Remy FIP te overleven

Dag allemaal,

Mijn naam is Anne en ik ben het zusje van Rick. Helaas is zijn lieve en gekke kater Remy levensbedreigend ziek. Hij heeft Feline infectieuze peritonitis (FIP) en tot voor kort was dit vrijwel altijd dodelijk.

Remy kan meedoen aan een nieuwe studie met een medicijn dat katten zoals hij weer helemaal beter maakt. Maar dit is echt heel duur (minimaal €3000,-).

Mijn broer is chronisch ziek en Remy betekent zo ontzettend veel voor hem.

Als kitten was Remy mini, maar hij groeide uit tot een reus onder de Europese kortharen. Hij ligt het liefst op zijn rug in gekke houdingen te slapen. En ondanks dat hij al 4 is, doet hij niets liever dan met Rick spelen.

Elke donatie, klein of groot, gaat direct naar de ziektekosten van Remy. Alle beetjes helpen! In totaal zullen de kosten waarschijnlijk op €5000,- liggen vanwege opnames en verschillende onderzoeken.

My name is Anne, and I’m the sister of Rick. Sadly, his sweet and quirky 4-year-old cat Remy is seriously ill. He has Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), a disease that, until recently, was almost always fatal.

Remy has a chance to take part in a new treatment study with a medication that has already helped many cats fully recover. But the treatment is very expensive — at least €3,000.

My brother is chronically ill, and Remy means the world to him.

Remy started out as a tiny kitten, but has grown surprisingly big and tall for a European Shorthair. He loves lying on his back in the weirdest sleeping positions. And even though he’s already 4, his favorite thing is still playing with Rick.

Every donation, big or small, will go directly to Remy’s medical costs. In total, the treatment, hospital stays, and tests are expected to cost around €5,000.
