Hello everyone,

My name is Eva, and I'm reaching out to you all with a heartfelt request. My dear beautiful friend Monique is facing an incredibly tough battle against a rare mitochondrial dysfunction condition called multisystem proteinopathy (VCP disease). This condition has drastically altered her life, affecting her daily functioning. Despite the challenges, Monique remains a beacon of strength and kindness to everyone around her.

VCP disease is progressive and currently has no cure. It brings with it a myriad of symptoms that mimic those of Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, ALS, and other debilitating conditions. This journey has led us to explore various treatments to alleviate Monique's symptoms and enhance her quality of life.
