Help Red Barn Rescue build its new Rescue Ranch!
Tax deductible
It’s been an amazing five years at the Rescue Ranch but sadly. We were informed our lease would not be renewed so have been renting month to month and recently given sixty days to vacate. Moving is one thing, moving an animal Rescue, and all that comes with it, is an entirely different challenge.
We finally found a new location and have signed a lease on a property just south of Rosarito. We are so excited to now call this place home. It is an empty piece of land which needs…well, everything. The plus side is that it is an empty piece of land, a blank canvas if you will, and therefore, an opportunity to create something amazing.
Since 2018, we have rescued, rehabilitated, and found loving homes for over 1,000 dogs and our new location will allow us to continue our mission of saving Baja’s abandoned and most neglected dogs. We plan to build a separate quarantine area as well as a small clinic to host vaccine and sterilization clinics in addition to caring for Red Barn's rescues.
We will recycle as many materials as possible, but we will be required to purchase supplies and other items, first and foremost, install a safe and secure fence along the border with the highway. Secondly, a livable dwelling. It’s a daunting task thinking of how much we have to do.
At the end of the day, our goal is to make this new location better than the last, allow for growth, and expand our rescue reach. Thank you in advance for your support, enthusiasm, and for helping Red Barn Rescue achieve great success in its next chapter.
