Red Barn Market & Nursery vandalism

Hello, my name is Dennis Kupchenko. I am the owner of the Red Barn Market & Nursery. I purchased the business in 2018 when I was just 19 years old. The last four years I have put everything I have into building and growing this local small business in the South Hill community. Today I am asking for the communities help . On Tuesday, December 7th at 2 AM I received a phone call from The sheriffs department informing me of a break in at the Red Barn. Unfortunately not only was our property broken into, but it was vandalized not only damaging our structure and destroying our cash register our local small business vendor booths were flipped upside down and smashed. Within the hour the sheriffs department Arrested and released the drunk 17-year-old kid who is a neighbor down the street. Due to Covid restrictions they were unable to detain him. We are asking for your help to reimburse all of the local small vendors and help fix the damage caused by the vandalism. Being a seasonal small business our funds are limited your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you
