Hi.  It's Darci Bandi. I am writing to ask for support for my dear friend and co-worker Kate Gruetzmacher. For those of you who know Kate you know she is full of life, laughter and determination. There isn't much that gets this girl down. She is known for:

This firecracker needs our help. On September 15, 2016 Kate had another brain surgery.

Her third bout with brain cancer. Her treatment is aggressive - she is going for radiation 5 times a week as they couldn't get all the cancer out without messing with good brain tissue. We all know Kate is a little crazy but the doctors didn't want to add to it! 

I am asking for donations to cover her living expenses and medical costs so that she can focus on getting back to good. Kicking cancer's ass is a full-time job. 

Your donation will give Kate the ability to focus on healing. I am so eternally grateful to anyone who donates even the smallest amount. Though there is no end date, I would love to try to reach the goal by October 31 if possible to give Kate the peace of mind that her expenses will be covered.
