Help us recreate carved glass panel for GN railroad car

The next big challenge in the restoration efforts of Great Northern “Mountain” lounge-observation car Going-to-the-Sun Mountain is recreating the missing carved glass partition that separated the lounge and observation areas.
The original was a 1/2”-thick, 48” x 64” safety glass panel carved by the Harriton Glass Works, with depictions of 12 state flowers from a selection of states and provinces served by the Great Northern.
Glass carving is becoming a lost art, but an artist capable of tackling this project has been found to create a sample of one of the glass panels as a demonstration of the skills needed to complete this project.
The original botanical illustrations have been digitally restored, following the original design, and glass artist Tom Holzapple is ready to begin the carving as soon as funds can be raised to cover the costs.
Donations are welcome to help defray this cost, and would be greatly appreciated.
To contribute to the efforts to recreate this beautiful glass panel, and the return of Going-to-the-Sun Mountain to her original glory, see reverse side for details.
