I'm 29, and my life has spiralled into chaos. Homeless, criminalised for my #mentalhealth, and lacking in support and security. This is not where I hoped to be at this point in my life.

I'm diagnosed with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, Depression and ADHD but frequently let down by local mental health services who in turn keep me from completing my transition.
I'm not asking for the world, only a little empathy and reinforcement as I battle my mental health issues.
