Road to recovery for Jayar Tolentino fundraiser

Hello Friends and supporters... We have set up this GoFundMe to help raise money for our friend and fam, JayarTolentino.

On June 16, 2021, Jayar was moving his media equipment out of his office like any normal workday... and all of a sudden he became extremely dizzy and the left side of his face went completely numb! He experienced intense tingles down his arm and immediately felt that something was very wrong. With no one around to help, Jayar drove himself to the Henderson Hospital and was admitted for surviving a stroke.

The next day, Jayar was transferred to a rehab facility due to the massive stroke that he suffered from leaving him with weakness in his left arm, face, and leg. He has currently been in a rehab facility for 2 weeks and is relearning to stand, move, and walk. The long road to recovery is just beginning ... but he's now being transferred into another rehab facility that specializes in brain injury rehabilitation. This rehabilitation is expected to take a while and the long journey to recovery has only just begun. Jayar needs help to cover the high costs from his medical bills, his lifestyle transition changes to accomodate being disabled, cover the cost of him being out of work as a videographer/photographer (because his left arm is weak/paralyzed and he cannot operate any of his cameras), and he is a single Dad raising a teenage daughter.
