After 27 years working as the manager in Mandarin Gourmet  Cupertino, Sam suffered from a stroke on September 1st, a few weeks before the permanent closure of the restaurant.   

Sam was transferred to a rehab facility this week. He will remain there for at least three weeks - the beginning of his long recovery journey...
