Recovery Fund for Cathy Wright

My sweet mama Cathy Wright is undergoing surgery to repair the shoulder she injured in a fall early this spring. She is a trooper, and often endours pain and caries on as long as she can before asking for help. My mom has been supporting herself with physically intense jobs despite having degenerative muscular distrophy, which causes her pain and numness and disfunction of her lower legs and feet. Because of this condition she is more prone now to falls and injury. Meeting her you might never know how much pain and fear she is facing, she has an indellable spirit and a generous heart. She was a primary organizer for our Duluth Women's March and The March for Science. She volunteers at Solvay House, and The League of Women Voters. Lets help Cathy pay her mortgage for her 2 months of post surgical recovery. This will take a lot of stress off of her shoulders, all puns intended! xoxo Adeline
