UPDATE: 

First off, I want to thank everybody who showed such wonderful support at Aby‘s birthday benefit! I especially want to thank Jason Bertrand for organizing the benefit.

With the money raised at the benefit, we have been able to continue Aby‘s rehab. The neurologist that she is currently seeing has every confidence that Abby will be able to regain her ability to walk talk and do all of her own activities of daily living.

We are on a new path with her rehab and Aby has an appointment coming up for Botox injections to help loosen her muscles so that she can gain more mobility and get the most out of her rehabilitation. 

ABY’S STORY

This is a fundraiser to help the recovery of Aby Woerner after a terrible car wreck. Aby and Dale were working transporting materials when her truck was struck by another vehicle. Aby was hurt badly in the accident and life flighted to the trauma center where she under went brain surgery and was in a coma . I am asking for anybody that is able to help ,to make a donation and spread this fundraiser. 

Aby Woerner is a staple in the community of boaters and emergency workers and has risked her life more than once to save people from hurricane rescue, fire containment, underwater retrieval of personal belongings, YOU NAME IT. I feel as if it’s time to show we can give back to her.
