Help My Sister Recover From a Major Medical Setback

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out on behalf of my incredible sister Gabby, who is currently facing one of the toughest battles of her life.

On May 3rd, she was unexpectedly hospitalized and ended up staying in the hospital for several weeks. During that time, she had to undergo 2 procedures & 1 major life saving surgery. It was physically, emotionally, and financially devastating. And to make things even harder, she doesn’t have health insurance through either of her jobs, and she wasn’t eligible for short-term disability or government assistance.

She was finally discharged on May 18th and she still hasn’t been able to return to work, and her bills have been piling up. Rent, over $50k in medical debt, utilities, groceries, it’s all just too much. She’s trying to stay strong, but she’s drowning. Thankfully she is on the mend & pushing forward.

My sister was a single mom of three and held it down all on her own for years. She’s always the first to help someone else…. family, friends, or even strangers. But now, she’s the one who needs help.

I’m asking from the heart, if you’re able to donate anything at all, it would make a world of difference. Whether it’s $5, $10, or even just sharing this page, it all helps. Every dollar goes directly to covering her rent, food, utilities, and mounting medical bills.

❤️Ayuda a Mi Hermana a Recuperarse de una Grave Emergencia Médica ❤️

Hola a todos,

Estoy pidiendo ayuda en nombre de mi increíble hermana Gabby, quien está enfrentando uno de los momentos más difíciles de su vida.

El pasado 3 de mayo, fue hospitalizada de emergencia y pasó varias semanas en el hospital. Durante ese tiempo, tuvo que someterse a 2 procedimientos y una cirugías que salvó su vida. Fue un golpe físico, emocional y financiero muy fuerte. Y para empeorar la situación, no contaba con seguro médico en ninguno de sus dos trabajos, ni calificó para recibir discapacidad temporal ni ayuda del gobierno.

Desde entonces, no ha podido regresar al trabajo, y sus deudas se están acumulando rápidamente. Entre la renta, las facturas médicas de más de $50 mil dólares, los servicios, y los alimentos, ya no puede más. Está tratando de mantenerse fuerte, pero se está ahogando. Gracias a Dios ya esté mejorando.

Mi hermana a sido una madre soltera de tres hijos y ha estado luchando sola durante años. Siempre ha sido la primera en ayudar a los demás, ya sea familia, amigos o incluso desconocidos. Pero ahora, ella es quien necesita nuestra ayuda.
