Fire started in neighbors apt, lost everything.

Saturday morning, July 2nd, my world was turned upside down due to a fire that started in my neighbors living room... possible negligence and/or intent. It eventually spread throughout the building and in the end, the building is a total loss. My apartment was spared the major effects of the burn, but was inundated with water and foam and the eventual collapse of the ceilings and such. Many of my vintage radios, tools, furniture, clothes, music studio equipment and even basic were destroyed. No...I did not have renters insurance. As with most...it was on the back burner until it was easily obtained financially.

Honestly I'm lucky enough to be in a better place than with most in situations like this, but still...I have to start over from scratch again which is not easy even for the toughest.
