I have made this GoFundMe anonymous to protect my child, but if you are seeing this, the person who posted it does know me. I am a real mom who is in trouble.

Two days ago, my child swallowed 20 anti-depressants to try end their life. They turned twelve a week before.

This is their third time in the psychiatric hospital. Six weeks ago, it was self-harm. Before that, it was voices instructing self-harm.

We have spent 14 months of twice a week therapy, family therapy, hospitals, school support, peer support. Now, we are at the next level, and we don't know what will happen next.

Unfortunately, modern psychiatric care is stabilization and release. Our child will go to acute care, get released as 'stable' and probably come home and try again and again until/if they succeed.

We have no family to help us. One or both of us may have to stop working. Our future is incredibly uncertain.

Can you please help us with our insurance deductibles from last year and this year?
