I’m reaching out because I’m going through one of the toughest moments I’ve had in a long time. I was recently involved in a car accident, The accident happened when another driver ran a red light and hit me, which totaled my car and since then, everything has felt upside down. My car was totaled, and on top of that, I’ve been dealing with lower back and back pain from the crash that’s made it hard for me to work.

Ive already been out for a work , and I’ve now been placed on light duty, my hours and pay are going to be cut in about two weeks. After that, I’m supposed to receive workers' comp, but anyone who’s dealt with it knows it can take a long time to actually come through.

With rent due at the end of the month and no car to get around, I’m honestly stressed and unsure how I’m going to keep up. I’m not the type of person who likes to ask for help, but right now, I’m in a really rough spot and trying my best to stay on my feet.
