Recovery from armed robbery

At 10:30 Oct 30, 2017 I arranged to meet someone I met online who robbed my at gunpoint of my phone and $240 cash. They held a gun to my head and took my debit card. I told them the pin, and one of them went to check my account balance while the other one kept the gun pointed at me and while they waited, one of them groped me and touched me. 

I am asking for help recovering money that would have been for rent, and money that could be used for a new phone. I am devastated.  And only happy that I kept my life.
