My name is Eva...and after a VERY challenging couple of years, I got my 1983 Revcon RV repaired to move it to a friend's property. The plan was for my son and I to live in it for a few months to save some money and find jobs after moving back to north county SD from LA (after a biz opp we were invited up there for fell apart), and then sell the RV to move onward. About ten or fifteen minutes into the short commute it broke out in flames and was completely incinerated. Thankfully no one was hurt, including my mechanic friends - though they did suffer smoke inhalation!!! I'm still pretty overwhelmed by it all (even the towing fee is almost what I'm asking for here), but I know it'll all work out. Just need some funding while I get settled in a new job (waiting to hear back about orientation/start date - gig and remote work, in the meantime) and my son finds something beyond his seasonal/holiday job (but grateful for it!), and we come up with a Plan B. Staying with those amazing friends now, but need to move soon. I also want to help replace the tools of one of my mechanic friends that we had to leave in the RV...and got destroyed.
