Hey Guys -
The other night our friend Rachel had to have serious and very sudden colon surgery. The emergency abdominal surgery Rachel underwent involved the removal of parts of her colon and small intestine. The surgery went well and she is resting but will need help paying for some medical bills post-op. The doctors informed her that the recovery time is 4-6 weeks and the donations will be used to cover her bills along with medical expenses from her hospital stay.
Corey will be taking off work to help take care of her as she recovers. I'm not sure of the exact costs for the type of surgery she had, but every little bit helps! :)
