Recovery For Keith Tusing

On November 9th, 2020, my dad, Keith, went in for a check up. He hadn’t been feeling too good the past few weeks. After running some tests, he was advised to go to the Hospital to have a CT scan. The doctors found that he had congestive heart failure. 8 days later he was scheduled to have a valve repaired. What started as a minor surgery developed into my father needing a major surgery to replace 2 valves. He’s been recovering in the ICU since November 17th.
My father was a Youth Pastor for 26 years. He has impacted so many lives throughout his career. Outside of Church, my dad was heavily involved in the community. He coached football for the community leagues and private leagues. He’s put in so much time and effort that I could write a book on my dad. Thankfully, most of you know the man my father is.
I know times are tough, and the timing couldn’t be worse with Christmas right around the corner but, the hospital bills are piling up and my dad will be out of work for a few months while he recovers. Even if you can’t financially help out, I’d appreciate it if you could share this post.
