This Fundraiser was created on behalf of our Beloved mother, Maria Leyva. 

On 1/6/21 our mother was taken to Methodist Texsan hospital.  
Shortly after she was diagnosed with Covid pneumonia, and admitted to the ICU department. 
At the time we believed she would be treated and released.  
By 1/21, our mother was intubated/ on a ventilator. 
Things were looking up when she was extubated 2/3. 
Sadly our mothers health got worse by 2/12 as she was diagnosed with sepsis.  
And needed to intubated for the 2nd time.
At this point Doctors did not think she would make it through.  
By 2/23 my brother and I had to make the decision for her to have a tracheotomy. 
As our mother is currently being treated at a Ltac hospital.  She continues to fight and has a long road ahead of her.  She still needs continued respritory therapy and physical therapy.
We are asking for your help. 
Any donations will greatly be appreciated. 
And any donations received will go to our mother/Maria Leyva to assist with her medical bills and expenses, to help our mothers recovery.
