For those of you that don’t know me or my story, my 
name is Misha S. and I am the primary caregiver for my two sons. As some of you may know, my oldest son Jaelen has a heart condition that has debilitated him at such a young age. Jaelen is 24 years old, and currently undergoing a lot of testing and procedures to keep his heart functioning until he can receive a transplant. We are working closely with his cardiologist here in Toledo to get him on a transplant list. We are also actively exploring his options through the Cleveland Clinic, where he is now admitted and under their care. Jaelen would need to stay in Cleveland for several weeks, along with many drives back and forth. As you can imagine, this will be quite expensive. Regardless of when he can get a heart, he will not be able to live a normal life until the transplant is complete and he has made a full recovery. Just like any mother I am his biggest fan, supporter, and his voice when he is frustrated and feeling defeated. Due to this sudden change in events, I have not been able to work full time, as I am trying to be here for every step of Jaelen’s journey. This very sudden lack of work income combined with the cost of all the upcoming medical related expenses and travel,is what prompted me to start this fundraiser. Jaelen has always been independent and strong, but right now he needs all the love and support he can get. As his mother, I wish I could take away every ounce of what he is going through. This long journey will continue to be expensive. I am asking for any help or prayers we can get during this time. Any donations made here will be used to offset any unforseen medical bills,food,gas and any cost related to traveling to and from Cleveland due to his extensive treatments.
