Hi everyone, my name is Matteo, the main reason I'm asking for your help and to recover some money I unknowingly spent to support a Twitter artist with whom I believed she did her job well and who ultimately didn't turn out to be one. The beginning of all this started in December when this artist who would call himself (Emily). She contacts me privately on X (formerly Twitter, which underwent a name and logo change by Elon Musk) to ask if she would like an commission from her. At first glance, I thought she was an expert. So I ask him how much he wanted from her for the entire art service. She asks me for this sum of the $150. And I naively accepted, I gave this money for these 4 months and then when they arrived at the beginning of April I gave him the last payment. After this work he did for me, I show it to everyone. My friends immediately noticed that it was not an original drawing, but rather an image generated by artificial intelligence. I didn't believe it and kept seeing the situation up close and I realize it was a false image. I asked for a refund from this user, but he refuses to refund me.
