Recovering from Lung Surgery: Need Help

Just recently, I had a lung collapse, which took me to the hospital where they found something on my left lung that had to be removed. The surgery was serious and has left me unable to work until the first week of February.

I am only trying to raise enough money to cover our bills until I get back to work.
