Recovering from a Fall: A Plumber's Plea

I have been a Plumber for 45 years and am now finding myself in need of help. In 2012, I slipped from one roof level to a lower tier and since then I've had to have 12 surgery's. My job ended and my insurance was discontinued. I was a plumber but can't do my job anymore because of my injuries. I thought I would be ok with money but over the year's I've been drained with medical bills and pet bills and life got me good. I always gave when asked now I'm humbled to ask for help.
