As newlyweds we were so excited to purchase our first home on March 30th, 2020. This was the very beginning of quarantine and we were so thankful to have a place to call our own as we transitioned from spending most of our free time outdoors to spending all our time indoors.
On the evening of July 25th, 2020 while away with family we received a call that our home had been affected by a devastating fire that impacted our entire building.
Upon arrival we discovered the home we had just recently purchased was one of the most extensively damaged by the fire. We are extremely thankful that all our neighbors and their pets made it out safely. Unfortunately, we have lost most of our possessions.
With the donations we receive we hope to be able to regain a sense of normalcy and restore our home back to the comfortable dwelling it was. Thank you and we sincerely value every contribution.
