Recover Loss from Home Robbery

My name is Genevieve and I am helping my mom raise funds to cover the cost to replace her medications and valuables that were taken in a recent home invasion/robbery.

On March 12, 2025, mid-day, my mom received a call while she was at work from a neighbor and the police stating that two young boys had just robbed her house. She quickly drove home to speak to the police and to start gathering evidence. The items stolen include, but are not limited to, a gallon-size container full of coins, several old 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, and 100-dollar bills, all of her medications that she requires daily for her health, and dozens of other valuable items (we are still looking through everything to determine the full extent of the loss).

Right now, our priority is to first help her replace her medication, then to help her replace the valuables also stolen. She doesn't have health insurance or renters' insurance, so there is a high out-of-pocket cost to replace every single one of her medications.

There is an ongoing investigation, and we hope to have answers in the coming weeks on who the thieves are and how to move forward with pressing charges.
