Help me pay bills while recovering from a stabbing

On the evening of August 26, I was stabbed in the abdomen while walking my dog. 

Emergency exploratory surgery (laparotomy) was necessary to check for internal injuries to my organs.

I spent the week in the hospital, and now I’m home, but I’m still recovering and have missed more than 3 weeks of work.

The short-term disability I get from my job pays less than 60% of my income for that period. 

Help me pay my bills and continue to recover in minor comfort.
