Reconstruction of Kido after hurricane Beryl
Donation protected
The island of Carriacou suffered appalling destruction of housing, infrastructures, trees and loss of lives caused by category 4 hurricane Beryl. We were in the eye of the storm!
Kido Foundation center needs to be reconstructed to continue 30 years worth of environmental conservation work and youth training in Carriacou.
Far from feeling defeated, Marina and Dario, founders of Kido, intend to rise up again from the rubble and plant hundred thousand keystone trees with the help of youths.
The re-greening of Carriacou will keep the heat down mitigating the drama of Global Warming, locally, for future generations.
The financial burden remains.
As co-director of Kido Foundation let me assure you that your help is deeply appreciated and that donations will be utilized with full transparency to donors and the public.
Thank You!
