I hope you're doing well!

As many of you know, Alex Senak has gone above and beyond in his role as our building president. He’s volunteered countless hours working with our management company and vendors to ensure we receive the best possible service and value. Thanks to his tireless efforts, our building is not only well maintained but also running more efficiently and cost-effectively.

I’ve truly never seen a more committed or effective building president, and I think it would mean a lot to Alex if we showed our appreciation with a small token of thanks.

If you’d like to contribute to a group gift, please click the Go Fund Me link, which will allow you to contribute anonymously. My plan is to use the funds to provide Alex with either a VISA or similar gift card—or simply cash—along with a thoughtful card- from the entire building community.

Of course, there’s absolutely no pressure to contribute. I completely understand that everyone’s situation is different. No matter what, the gift will be presented as coming from ALL of us as a community.
