On Saturday night, August 9th, my friend Carla was involved in a jeep accident where she fell off the jeep, hitting her head and causing multiple brain injuries, both internal and external. Since then, she has been in the I.C.U. in critical condition, undergoing many tests and therapies (CT scans, MRIs, EEGs, etc.). During our time at Hillcrest, Carla has also received an open brain surgery, removing her cranium to allow room for swelling and for operators to insert a drainage tube to remove fluids, hoping to prevent seizures.

As you guys may know, during these times, it causes a financial strain on the family, and I humbly ask you guys to come together and support the Escobedo family to reach our goal of $15,000. Anything and everything is appreciated beforehand.

El sábado 9 de agosto, Carla fue involucrada en un accidente donde se cayó de un jeep, causando que se golpeara varias veces en la cabeza, resultando en varias heridas externas e internas.
