My name is Ashley Johnson, and I’m from Southside, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica—a close-knit community that has been deeply affected by the devastating impact of Hurricane Melissa. I’m raising funds on behalf of my family, friends, and neighbors, many of whom have lost everything—homes, crops, and basic necessities.

This tragedy comes just a year after Tropical Depression Beryl (2024), when many residents had only begun to recover. Now, once again, they are faced with rebuilding their lives from the ground up.

How the funds will be used:

All donations will go directly toward:

Home Repairs: rebuilding damaged roofs, walls, and essential structures.

Every dollar raised will be used solely for recovery efforts within Southside, St. Elizabeth. I will personally oversee distribution with the help of trusted local volunteers to ensure transparency and accountability.

St. Elizabeth is my home, and I believe in the strength and resilience of our people. With your help, we can begin to rebuild and bring hope back to our community.

Please donate and share—together, we can make a difference.
