On Friday, December 19th, our brother Scott and his dog Timber lost everything when Scott woke up to his home engulfed in flames. Thankfully, both Scott and Timber made it out alive. Scott is currently in the ICU with third-degree burns to the upper part of his body. He has already undergone two surgeries, and there is still a long and uncertain road to recovery ahead.

This tragedy has turned his world upside down. With his previous diagnosis of MS, normal daily tasks were already more difficult, and this injury has added another significant challenge to his recovery. While we know we can never replace the sentimental items that were lost, we can help him begin the process of rebuilding and allow him the time and support he needs to heal without the added worry of finances. Scott is one of the kindest, most loving people you could ever meet—someone who would help anyone however he could. He is also someone all the kids look up to, a true role model who has touched many lives.
