The journey of pain and separation continues to shatter my heart.
I am Ahmed Naser, a father whose soul was broken before his feet could falter.
I once dreamed of holding my children every night, feeling the warmth of their laughter fill our home. But fate has tossed me into an endless storm, leaving me stranded in Gaza while my children, my wife, and my mother struggle to survive far from me in Egypt.
After the border closures and the attacks on Rafah, we found ourselves torn from our loved ones. The remnants of our dreams lay beneath the rubble of our destroyed home. We lost everything—our house, our work, even the hope that once pulsed in our hearts.
All that remains is pain, hunger that weighs heavily on us, and the persistent panic attacks that have become an unrelenting visitor.
We fled the relentless bombing, the ever-looming shadow of death, but I was unable to leave with my family.
For more than a year and a half, I have lived as a stranger in my own land, deprived of the embrace of my children, their laughter, their voices—those very sounds that once reassured me that I was their father, that they were safe, that they were here.
Yet, there is a final glimmer of hope!
A chance to reunite my family, to hold my children once more after this brutal separation that has torn my heart apart. This is my last opportunity, and I need your support, your kindness, your compassion to help me coordinate the evacuation for myself and my father before time runs out.
