I started Rad.ish Street Food in Traverse City in 2019, and now I’m in a new town rebuilding Rad.ish and asking for help getting my business fully onto the streets. I already have my commissary set up. Now I’m at the point where I need a taco cart so I can bring my food directly to the community.

The next step is getting a fully equipped cart with a griddle and deep fryer so I can serve the menu I’ve been working toward: vegan tacos, street fries, and vegan Mexican street food. I’m about $1,000 away from the equipment I need, and reaching this last stretch a little faster would make a real difference for me.

This fundraiser is about helping me turn years of work into something real and visible. I’m ready to take Rad.ish Street Food from the commissary to the streets, and your support would help me make that jump.
