My home was hit by a hurricane Lowell on Monday September 7 2026, and I am asking for help after the damage turned our lives upside down. The storm caused roof damage that led to major leaking, my kitchen ceiling gave way from the water, and the main doors on my house were blown off. On top of that, many of the tools I use for my business were destroyed in the hurricane.

This has made our home unlivable for my partner, our five-year-old daughter, and me. As the sole income earner in our household, losing the tools I depend on to make money for my family has put us in an incredibly difficult position. Right now, I am trying to handle both the damage to our home and the loss of the equipment I need to work.

The first support we receive will go toward making our home livable again and covering basic supplies for my family. After that, funds will help me begin replacing the tools I need for my business so I can get back to earning an income for my household.
