Hi my name is Christine, and we are seeking help to rebuild our house in Jamaica because it was badly damaged from the passing of hurricane Melissa but thank goodness it wasn't demolished Although there was a lot of damages to the roofing and inside however we are trying to fix it so our grand nephew and his family can live without struggling to repair the roof because it was repaired a couple months before the hurricane, and now its damage again. We are seeking assistance to get the roof fixed, so please if you’re willing and able, please donate to help them. With all estimate that was done the total roof repair would cost approximately $1.5 million JMD, including material and workmanship. They are eager to get this done because they are still in the hurricane season and your help is very crucial at this time because we wouldn’t want another hurricane to hit before they are able to sort their living condition. Despite the challenges, we are grateful for the opportunity to start this GoFundMe to raise funds to repair our roof and fix the damage to our walls. Any contribution will go directly towards restoring our home and providing a safe and secure environment for us.

But amidst all of this, we also want to acknowledge the struggles of our community. We've seen the devastation that this hurricane has brought, and we know that many are in need. As we work to rebuild our own home, we also hope to be able to help others in our community who are struggling. We believe that unity is key - we stand together, and together we can overcome even the toughest challenges. As the saying goes, "United we stand, divided we fall."
