I'm 35 and trying to rebuild my life after surviving difficult circumstances that impacted my health, including my teeth. I was trapped and trafficked from 2017-2020, and wasn't allowed a toothbrush, healthy food, or medical care. I also had some teeth knocked out during this time.

I now need full-mouth dental implants. This was considered medically necessary, but I was only approved for dentures, which aren't a sustainable option at my age.

I've tried everything I can: insurance, grants, nonprofit programs. I'm still left with a large gap I can't cover alone.

I now work in public health, and I am so grateful to be able to help people every day.
