Have you ever planned your life to be a certain way and out of nowhere it's just derailed? I thought I would be sharing my life with the same man of nearly 20 years. He and I were both diagnosed with Covid in 2020. It was two days before Christmas. I remember it like it was yesterday. I watched him struggle and eventually lose his life on January 15th, 2021.

I'm now faced with the dilemma of trying to meet expenses for a mortgage payment and mounting bills. I recently took on a part-time job in hopes that I would be able to cover my financial responsibilities. I'm only able to work part-time because I'm on disability. I've had three back injuries and some chronic knee problems. I'm one of those stubborn people that just refuses to give up. But, I feel hopeless when it comes to making ends meet and living a normal life. The fear of homelessness is something I'm trying to avoid. So, I'm asking for help in order to get my life back on track.
