We’re Nicholas Bellotti and Nickole Lutsko, and we need your help to turn a $17,000 row house in Allentown, PA, into a safe, beautiful home for our family — and a stepping stone toward independence.

We’ve heard the house is only $17,000 because the previous owner owed back taxes, and the city took it. This is our chance to take a distressed property, renovate it, and give it a new life.

My life hasn’t been easy. I grew up in a group home from baby to 18, and then I went to prison at 18, where I spent 17 years. Since getting out, it’s been 7 years trying to find work, but with my record, it’s been extremely difficult to get a job or funding. Usually, I never ask for help, but this time I am asking because I really need it.

If you help us with this first house, we can sell it or use it to fund the next property without needing help again. This will allow us to finally move out of my grandmother’s house and create a safe, stable home for our family.
