My name is Shaima Mustfa. I survived the war, but now I face the hardest battle of my life the battle to survive after the war has ended.
My home was once filled with the laughter of my children, but today it lies in ruins, reduced to rubble by the bombing. There is no roof over our heads, not even a simple tent. My children and I are facing the coming winter with no protection, no warm clothes, and no stable shelter.
The war may be over, but our suffering has only just begun. I am drowning in debts exceeding $50,000 after losing everything my home, my work, and my sense of safety. Even renting a small place now costs more than $1,000 a month, an impossible amount when there is no source of income left.
We live day by day, holding on to faith and hope. My children deserve warmth, safety, and the chance to sleep without fear. I am not asking for luxury only dignity. Only the chance to rebuild our lives.
Please, stand with us. Your donation no matter how small brings us one step closer to safety, warmth, and a new beginning.
Help us survive this winter. Help us rebuild our lives.
