A few months ago I was forced to leave 95% of my belongings behind in order to leave my ex partner safely. I had to make it look like everything was okay and run when I got the opportunity. I am incredibly lucky to have gotten to my family safely. I was also forced to quit my job which was my only source of income due to fleeing the state. I am now participating in intensive therapy to try and heal from the trauma of the last few years. I was thrown down stairs, strangled, and beaten regularly as well as verbally abused, I endured threats against my life and painful insults daily. I am asking for assistance in order to replace some of the most important items I had to leave behind or that were broken by my ex partner. Included but not limited to clothing, cook ware, bedding, personal hygiene products, medicine, AC/heating unit, etc as well as to help with bills for a few weeks.
