On Friday, August 7, 2026, early morning, a tragic fire burned through our neighbor's home on W. 139th Street in Jefferson neighborhood, Cleveland. She lost everything she has including her beloved pets. While she made it out by jumping from a second floor window, she is still in the hospital with several burns and injuries. She has a daunting journey to putting her life back together while mourning the loss of her pet companions. These funds will all be given to her to help with medical and housing expenses since she did not have home insurance.

Every contribution, small or large, will help her piece her life together during this horrible tragedy. Several neighbors have already chipped in money for cremation expenses for the pets but she jumped out of the second floor window with nothing, not even her phone or car keys.
