hello. i am a soon-to-be-retired salesman with a host of medical issues. i heed to have my teeth fixed [with dentures]; i need new eyeglasses; i need new orthotics for my feet; and i need to get on a sarcoidosis [the lung ailment that took out bernie mac] treatment program. on top of all that, i have to move-- and clear out my storage facility. i'm at the end of my rope-- with no knot at the end to keep me from slipping away. time is running out; my health is fading fast. please help if you can. i look forward to playing drums and traveling once i retire-- if i make it that far. thank you for listening.....
