Rebuilding Hope: Support Raed and his Family to Evacuate

Hi, my name is Raed Albitar, and I never imagined I would find myself in this position. At 44 years old, I am the head of a loving and close-knit family of seven: my wife, who is 42 years old, and our five wonderful children - Salah (16), Safwat (14), Nabil (12), Najwa (9), and little Salma (6). Until recently, we led a peaceful life in Gaza, where I worked as a construction engineer, providing for my family and ensuring our children received the best education possible.

However, in February 2024, our lives were shattered by the devastating effects of war. Our home, the foundation of our family's security and comfort, was destroyed. Overnight, we found ourselves homeless, with nowhere to turn. To make matters worse, I lost my job due to the widespread destruction and chaos caused by the war.

Now, I am reaching out for help. My family and I are in urgent need of support to rebuild our home and to ensure that my children can continue their education. Salah dreams of becoming a doctor, Safwat has a passion for computers, Nabil loves to read and write, Najwa adores art, and Salma is just beginning her journey in school - their dreams are now at risk due to circumstances beyond our control.
