My name is Ashraf Hijazi, and just a few months ago, I was living a happy and stable life with my family in our beautiful home. I had a good job that provided for all of our needs, and I was passionate and active in my work. I loved life so much, and I had traveled and experienced so many adventures, learning about different cultures along the way.

But then, the war came. It came suddenly, like a dark cloud descending upon us, turning our lives upside down. The once peaceful streets of Gaza were now filled with fear and terror, forcing us to flee from one place to another, always afraid of death lurking around the corner. And then came the terrifying moment when both my son Yazan and I were injured, and we were about losing our lives.
