Lost everything to London Dagenham Fire on 26.08

Sincere and heartfelt thanks to everyone who has donated or intending to donate to this cause.

My husband and I are going through the hardest time of our lives. On 26 August 2024, our world turned upside down when a fire took everything in our home and we are thrown back by a few years. We just managed to escape with our phones and slippers. We lost everything we had and we don't know where to get started.

We also faced extreme trauma while trying to make it out alive. The exit gate was padlocked shut and in the video you can hear my husband screaming in panic for help.

While we are grateful to be alive, we are requesting for your help to get back on our feet. We intend to use your kindness to rebuild our lives and also help others who have been in this situation with us.
